Shipping and Delivery

Although most orders for stock items ship immediately we do not guarantee same day shipping. We ask that you allow at least 48 hours to process and ship your order. We will do our best to ship your order as fast as possible and the earlier in the day your order is placed the better the chance it will ship that day. Rush processing fees may be required for requested same day shipping. Please note: Expedited or same day shipments are not available for all items.

All orders are shipped using the most economical service unless otherwise specified or requested. We currently offer UPS, USPS, and Fed-Ex. We are able to ship freight collect or third party using the customers' account number for a specified carrier. Packages valued over $100.00 are insured for the replacement value. COD shipments are not available, sorry. We do however accept all major credit cards as well as debit and prepaid cards. If a credit card is not available for payment the invoice total can be prepaid securely online with a checking account.

Shipping damage must be reported within 5 business days to receive credit. Please inspect your shipments contents thoroughly upon receiving. Do not discard any damaged items, the carrier may need to inspect and/or retrieve damaged goods. Claims for damaged product that has been discarded cannot be processed.

Warranty and Returns

All products sold through Infinish are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects and may be returned for credit, replacement, or refund if found unsatisfactory. For any problems relating to the end use of our products please contact us for a prompt and professional resolution.

All merchandise returns must be made within 30 days of sale and have a valid RMA number.

Special ordered items are not returnable unless defective or damaged in transit. If the product is defective or damaged in transit we will pay the return shipping costs.

All non-defective returns are to be clean and in the condition received to receive a full credit. Shipping damage must be reported within 5 business days in order to receive credit. Wholesale or Resale Pricing

Products sold for wholesale distribution are offered through a separate division of Infinish. Customers requesting wholesale pricing will need to complete the required credit application and be approved prior to ordering.

Business must be retail only

Minimum purchase of $100.00 is required for all orders.

A 5% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.

All products returned must be clean and in the condition received.

Retail Pricing

Prices are set on quantity discounts. These prices apply to everyone and are only negotiable under our low price guarantee.

Our low price guarantee requires at least one of the following: Name and location of business with lower price, copy of invoice or sales receipt, web address. Product must be equal in construction and/or composition.

Customer will be notified of any price increases and/or reductions prior to sale. Absolutely no hidden or post sale increases. Infinish will absorb the loss if necessary.

No return on discounted, special order, or sale items (with the exception of defective items).

Free Samples

Infinish offers free samples to customers when one or all of the following is applicable:

1. Customer is looking to replace a product he or she is currently using.
2. It is a new product that may improve productivity.
3. It is a recommended replacement for efficiency or economical reasons.
4. It is a new design or upgrade to a product currently in use.

No charge test samples have a maximum quantity per item. Requests for samples must be telephoned in.

Promotions

Free items and promotional offers are subject to the following terms:

1. Offers are for a limited time and available stock.
2. Limit one promotional item (per category) per order.
3. Promotional items have no cash value, are non-transferrable, and cannot be returned for credit or a refund.
4. Applies to retail purchases only.

Review Credits & Discount Codes

Review discounts are subject to the following terms:

1. Limit one review code per order qualifying order.
2. Review must contain at least 25 words and be approved to receive a promo code.
3. Discount codes can only be applied to online orders and are not redeemable for cash.
4. An e-mail address is required to receive a discount code so you must be signed in when writing a review.
