Blue Buffing and Polishing Compound

Blue polishing compound or sometimes called “blurple polishing compound” is a type of abrasive compound generally used for final finish work compound after initial cut down operations are accomplished in the buffing and polishing process. Blue buffing compound is known for its versatility and effectiveness in removing scratches, oxidation, and other imperfections from various surfaces, including metal, plastic, and wood. It is commonly used in automotive, woodworking, and metalworking industries to achieve a smooth and glossy finish. Our blue polishing buffing compound rouge is a good choice for aluminum, leaving minimal residue and producing a mirror finish and good color.  Recommended for use with  untreated cloth buffing wheels or flannel buffing wheels. Compound bars are approximately 2" x 2" x 8" and have an average weight of 3 pounds.
