Description: Center Reducer Plates. Removable.
Typical Application: Centering and reduction of metal center buffing, polishing, and grinding wheels on polishing lathes and equipment.
About: Designed as an economical alternative to permanent center plates that are discarded with spent buffing wheels. The tabs are formed on only one side which allows for easy removal and installation with a rubber mallet. With proper care these plates can be reused nearly indefinitely and can amount to a considerable savings over time.
Construction: Formed steel.
Precautions: These plates are for centering only and NOT for direct mount, doing so can result in serious injury to the operator. Requires the additional use of end flanges of the proper diameter for secure mounting.
