Cartridge Roll Mandrel 1/8" diameter x 1" long pilot, 1/4" shank. 2-3/4" overall length. Use to mount cloth and abrasive cartridge rolls and for use in chuck mount air and power tools. Pilot diameter and length should match the rolls to be used, pilot can be shortened with a metal saw by the end user when and if necessary. Plated steel construction.

Description: Cartridge roll mandrel.

Typical Application: For mounting straight or tapered abrasive and cloth cartridge rolls.

About: A cartridge roll mandrel is a straight mandrel with a tapered section and a pilot. Shank diameters are 1/8” and 1/4” and pilot diameters range from 5/64th to 1/4” to accept a wide range of rolls. The roll is mounted on the pilot and secured on the taper. Pilot length needs to be shorter than the selected rolls to prevent damage to the work piece. Confirm dimensions prior to ordering to ensure a proper fit and immediate use.
