Aluminum safety flange set 4-1/2" diameter x 1-1/4" arbor hole. For use with 3" metal center buffing wheels. CNC machined aluminum end flanges. To use safety flanges, follow these steps:

1. Begin by attaching the safety flanges to both sides of your airway buffing wheel. You can do this by placing the  first flange on the shaft of your grinder.

2. Next, place the buffing wheel on top of the flange that is already attached to the shaft.

3. Finally, place the second flange on top of the buffing wheel to complete the attachment.

4. It is important to ensure that the attachments are fastened securely before starting the buffing and cutting process. This will help prevent any accidents or incidents while using the safety flanges.
