Kocour SS17 Yellow Polishing Compound is a good choice for steel, stainless steel, nickel, aluminum and other soft metals. This buffing compound is typically used for final finish work, and will produce a mirror finish and very good color. Kocour yellow buffing compound has a medium grease content ensuring smooth application and usage.


To ensure optimal results, we recommend using softer mill treated or untreated cloth buffs.  These  rouge polishing compound bars are approximately 3” x 2” x 8” and have an average weight of 2.65 pounds.

Great bar for initial cut on aluminum and also stainless.

Yellow Kocour
Love this bar, was not a fan at first, but I always like to give a good cut with JacksonLea D32 and I find it to be a great secondary cut for me ,will not cake up, will actually clean residue from the tripoli, works great on diamond plate. I use it with 12x5 blue and yellow.

Use this compound for first step on polishing.. Has a good cut n also will get a good finish on allumunium n cast
