Sewn Buffing Wheels

Sewn section buffing wheels are constructed by sewing layers of soft cloth together making sewn buffing wheels firmer and not as flexible as loose buffing wheels. Infinish has both spiral sewn buffing wheels and concentric sewn buffing wheels. Sewn buffing wheels come in different sizes and densities, allowing users to choose the appropriate tool for their specific polishing needs. The density of the wheel refers to the tightness of the sewing pattern, with denser wheels offering more aggressive polishing action and less dense wheels providing a softer touch. These buffing wheels are commonly used in metalworking, jewelry making, and automotive industries and their versatility makes them suitable for buffing and polishing a wide range of materials, including metals, hard rubber, plastics, and wood. The typical distance sewn between each row can be 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", or 3/4”, and quarter inch being the most common. Great for buffing or coloring.  Many types and sizes not listed here are available as a custom or phone order, call or e-mail us for more information.
