Description: Tapered spindles, mandrels, and points for mounting pinhole center buffs on electric motors.
Purpose: Used to mount pinhole center buffs (goblet, taper, leather center, etc.) on various types of tools and equipment. Automatically centers buff on shaft. No need for washers or nuts, wheel is held securely in place by centrifugal force. Spiral thread allows wheel to spin up the tapered shaft when motor is turned on; when motor is off wheel comes slowly off for safe, quick change.

Precision machined from cold rolled steel bars. Available in left or right handed threads. Order with a 1/8" or 1/4" shank for chuck mounted use, 5/8" female thread for use with power tools, or smooth shaft mount using set screws. Spindles are plated to resist corrosion.
