Safety flanges provide unit strength and prevents damage to the center ring. It also minimizes slippage between the assembled buff sections. The outside diameter of the flange should be 1" larger than the inside buff diameter.
Sizes: 4.5" Dia. for 3" center wheels, 6.25" Dia. for 5" center wheels, 8.25" Dia. for 7" center wheels, and 10.25" Dia. for 9" center wheels. Sold only in pairs
